Holy Baptism and Membership Vows

No one has to follow Jesus alone. We don’t pretend to be perfect Christians, but we acknowledge our need to be in relationship with God and others.

Holy Baptism: Through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism, we accept God’s grace and forgiveness, are incorporated into the Body of Christ, and become members of the church universal. Because God’s grace is offered freely to all persons regardless of age, we baptize adults and infants. Learn more about what United Methodists believe about Holy Baptism.

Membership vows: Our church, a community of faith of The United Methodist Church, is a particular part of the Body of Christ within the church universal. When you formally join our community, you vow to follow Jesus alongside us through our denomination.

If you think God is calling you to join our community, email our pastor.
